Roasted Chile Peppers
Ingredients
- Green chilies
Instructions
- Place chilies directly on flame of gas stove.
- Turn over and reposition chilies until they are completely charred on all sides.
- Remove from heat and place chilies in a plastic zip lock bag for 15 minutes.
- Remove chilies from bag and hold them under running water, gently rubbing off the blackened skin.
- Take off stem and remove seeds.
