Roasted Chile Peppers
Ingredients
  • Green chilies
Instructions
  1. Place chilies directly on flame of gas stove.
  2. Turn over and reposition chilies until they are completely charred on all sides.
  3. Remove from heat and place chilies in a plastic zip lock bag for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove chilies from bag and hold them under running water, gently rubbing off the blackened skin.
  5. Take off stem and remove seeds.
