No, not about New Year’s Eve, but about the Fresh Approach Cookbook Club which begins in January.
We’ll be meeting at Ellen McDowell’s The Cooking School to make all those comfort foods you love -fried chicken, chocolate raspberry layer cake and cinnamon rolls, to name a few. But get this, the recipes are all gluten-free. Yes, it’s possible to follow a gluten free diet without sacrificing one dollop of flavor or texture.
If you’re signed up to attend in person, you already know the drill. by Danielle Walker. We’ll each make a dish from the cookbook and serve it at our dinner party, with lots of suggestions and input from Ellen and nutrition experts and discussion from you as you develop the knowledge and cooking skills to maintain a gluten free diet.
