We’re in Budapest for the Christmas market which has hundreds of wooden stalls selling hearty holiday food and drink. Oh, and a few Christmas gifts, too. As soon as we get home, we’ll share recipes for our favorite local dishes, including pogacsa (savory scone-like bites), Christmas gingerbread, dark hot chocolate, mulled wine and more.
