Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk and 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
Instructions
  1. Mix oil, egg and 1 cup milk.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg/milk mixture.
  3. Add other 2 tablespoons milk.
